We take a layered approach to your training hour as follows:

Body Heat Generation
Kinstretch style Joint Mobilization
Joint Activation
Movement Mechanics Review
Workout Module 1
Workout Module 2
Workout Module 3

Each session is designed to stimulate full body while activating at least 2 of 3 energy systems except in cases where training frequency is 3 days per week.

Diet and sleep habits are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our experience is that people know what they need to do and then we round out that knowledge base with behavioral modification techniques, the most significant of which is....exercise!
